Oracle Field Service Cloud Mobile allows mobile workers to easily access, execute and manage work-related activities and ongoing communications from their mobile device. This includes retrieving activities, managing routes, viewing activity details, providing activity updates, managing inventory, communicating with peers, etc. The app works when the mobile worker does not have internet connectivity and automatically synchronizes any actions taken while offline when connectivity is established.

When used with Oracle Field Service Cloud Smart Location, functionality is extended to continually gather a mobile workers coordinates when the app is running in the background.

Note: Oracle Field Service Cloud Mobile requires an active Oracle Field Service Cloud subscription and features will vary based on the subscription services.
